Bimecc Spa aims to be a leader in the field of rim fasteners and accessories, both in the automotive sector and in commercial vehicles.
We place the expectations of our customers at the centre of our activities.
Customer satisfaction and loyalty to our company and brand are the main indicators of our success.

  • According to this mission, the guidelines of the Quality Policy have been defined and consist in:
  • Constantly monitoring our market sector and meeting customer needs by continuously innovating with new products and services of excellence;
  • Being a global supplier;
  • Pursuing objectives of “no defects”, “no accidents”, and “no injuries” according to the policy of continuous improvement;
  • Involving and integrating all company resources in optimizing activities and improving services according to customer needs;
  • Developing the principle of continuous improvement in company culture, applying it daily on a personal and team level;
  • Adopting a systemic approach in the management that sees Bimecc work for the development of all “stakeholders”: shareholders in the first place, customers, suppliers, workforce, institutions, and society in general.
  • Development of a new Marketing function with the precise aim of enhancing the Bimecc brand and promoting its mission
  • Consolidation of the plastics sector through the development of skills and facilities of the subsidiary Plaxi tech
  • Understanding and applying mandatory and applicable requirements

In the application and development of management systems, Bimecc has identified the standards for Quality –

UNI/EN ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949:2016 as appropriate tools for improving business processes and monitoring performance.

The criterion for verifying the degree of achievement, or the deviation, from the objectives set out in the Quality Policy through the guidelines described above, consists mainly in referring to process indicators – IPR – directly related to the management parameters considered particularly significant.

The indicators are periodically monitored and analysed, if necessary downsized and modified, during the Management Review.

The purpose of the above is to make Bimecc’s presence on the market more competitive and effective by achieving customer satisfaction and recognising its excellent performance.

Staff involvement and accountability are monitored at regular intervals through employee satisfaction surveys.
